1. Introduction

Claudemy.org is a non-profit community education project. Reading public content (lessons, guides, indexes) is completely free and does not require an account. These Terms apply only to people who create an account — for progress tracking, lesson rating and "my library" features.

2. Eligibility

You must be 16 years of age or older to create an account. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We do not verify age automatically — this is on the honour system. If we discover an account belongs to someone under 16, it will be deleted immediately without notice.

3. Account and security

  • One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate the rating system is a violation.
  • You are responsible for the security of your email and the device receiving magic links.
  • Report suspected account misuse to support@claudemy.org.

4. Acceptable use

You may NOT:

  • Spam, mass-email from your account, abuse the API.
  • Automate sign-in via bots or tools bypassing Turnstile.
  • Scrape the entire library by methods that create abnormal load (a `/raw` endpoint exists for that purpose).
  • Attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or our infrastructure.
  • Engage in automated, bulk, or commercially motivated rating (see section 5).

5. Rating policy

  • Only rate lessons you have genuinely read.
  • Do not rate for commercial, competitive, or paid-promotion reasons.
  • The system enforces automated rate limits (50 ratings / day / account, with a 24-hour cooldown after sign-up or until ≥ 1 lesson is read). Exceeding limits = ratings ignored.
  • Systematic manipulation may result in account suspension and removal of all ratings submitted.

6. Content ownership

  • Source course content is owned by Anthropic (Anthropic Academy / Skilljar) or its respective public YouTube creators. Claudemy.org reorganizes, translates and adds navigation under fair-use principles for non-profit education, without harming the commercial value of the original works.
  • The navigation layer (axes: use-case, skill, time-boxed, mistakes, VN context, tool, dependency map) is original work by Claudemy.org, free for personal learning use.
  • The 👍 ratings you submit are stored as community data. When you delete your account, ratings are anonymized (de-linked from your identity) and retained for aggregate stats.

7. Suspension and termination

  • You may delete your account at any time from the account page.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate sections 4 or 5, particularly when other users are affected (e.g. rating manipulation, spam).
  • Before suspension we attempt to warn via the account email (except in cases of severe abuse).

8. No warranty — Disclaimer

The service is provided "as-is" for educational purposes. Vietnamese translations are AI-generated and may contain errors — please cross-reference the original when applying knowledge in real-world work. We disclaim liability for damages arising from use of the content on this site.

9. Changes to these Terms

For material changes we update the "Last updated" date above and email account holders. Continued use after changes = acceptance of the new Terms.
